Need some advice please

I'm trying to figure out what video card / RAM upgrade to buy, and would like some input. So far, the best that fit my budget and meet my system requirements are:

Just choose those around your budget. But in my option, it is not worth to buy an expensive AGP graphic card as most of the MB and GPU are PCI-E x 16
