need some help building my first computer
okay so I and a friend started thinking about how to build my new computer but we need some help.
Here's what we've chosen so far:
Motherboard: ASUS M4A77TD PRO, Socket-AM3 Cost: 900 SEK
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Cost: 1500 SEK
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 Cost 1500 SEK
Ram: 3 pieces of Crucial DDR3 1066MHz 2GB, CL7 COST: 1800 SEK
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE16 500GB SATA2 Cost 500 SEK
Optical Drive: havent chosen one yet estimate at 300 SEK
Power Supply: ACE RawDeal Plus 620W PSU, we're not sure about this one so help us choose another one if this is too weak or there is a better one within the same price range Cost: 500 SEK
Case: No idea what to get, please help us choose one Estimate at 500 SEK
Operating system: Windows 7 proffessional Cost: 1500 SEK
A total estimate of the cost of this build is 9000 SEK or about 900 Euro. That is about 100 Euro too much, as we are aiming for a maximum cost of 800 Euro or 8000 SEK. (I got mouse, keyboard and screen from my older computer so no need to worry about those)
We need help to find the right parts where we haven't chosen anything yet (like the case) and also suggestions on what we should downgrade in our build to reduce the total cost. Also if there are any parts that could be rplaced with something that gives more performance for less money we'd be happy to know about them. We also need to know if we chose the correct power supply or if we need a better one (higher W:s cost more however)
In general we'd be happy to know anything that could improve our build while at the same time we need help to reduce the price tag with about 100 Euro
Our build is aimed at being a future-proof gaming focused computer.
