need some help first computer build

I just finished building my first computer today, what I need to know what do i do after i finished putting it all together? Like what software do I install first windows, motherboard drivers, graphics card etc. cause when I have everything connected nothing happens all the lights are going, fans are spinning and looks like everything is running smooth. But no image shows up on the screen but I’m not sure if anything it’s supposed to appear unless you install some sot of soft ware. Can any of you give me a hand here I would much appreciate it : )

Dougland - If his doesn't POST, I doubt you can install drivers :rolleyes:

Remove one stick of memory and try to boot. Then vice versa. Remove all unnecessary components (wireless cards, sound cards, ect.)

After that try using onboard video.
