Like said above. For 200 bucks a 5830 or 460 would be your best pick.

what is the difference from the 460 to the 465 why would the a 460 work and not the 465

Just take it back to fry's and exchange it for a 460. I thought that PSU would push enough juice, but it may fall short of the 38 amps required to run it. The 465 requires at least 550W and 38 amps from the +12v rails...
