Need Some Help With A Server

Ok,
Im building a server this xmas, I need a cpu, server mobo, cheap server case, 1 gig ddr2 ram, a x1800xt video card, a sata 3.0 hdd, etc. I want it to be a operon system, could you guys recommend some parts, and do you think it could be built for under a grand? I really need some opinions on this. My friend has an intel xeon server and I love it, but Id rather go with amd myself
 
lol, Yea I thought that question might come up, see Im going to be running UT04 and COD2 all the time. I said that card, because Its going in my pc, My friend with the xeon has a firegl that Im getting for my server.
