I'm pretty new to the hardware scene and I need a barebone computer that is pretty basic and cheap, but still a good system. Here is a nice barebone kit at an awesome price. $155 before a $55 rebate... nothing special but great for the money and wouldn't be a bad computer by any means.

Thanks for the help. I'll wait to get some more advice before committing but this really helps. Can anyone give me some tips or a good site to go to on putting everything together. Like I said, I'm new at this so this is basically me just getting to know hardware better (and get a decent desktop out of the picture).

As oscrayu1 said, $250 - $300 can give you some decent custom build PC... Just give you some idea here:

$250 can get a decent E2140... a cheap motherboard, 2GB, 80GB. I wouldn't go with AMD for some reasons right now. 380W is kinda low too... and you might be able to fit a 7300 in there...
I dun think 380W is too low. With onboard graphic, you don't need a very strong PSU. Also Antec EA380 is a 80plus certified PSU. I think it will be enough.
