Need some help with RAM

I was looking to pick up a 2gb stick of RAM, because that's more than Ill need for the Games I play. But I don't know what the timing means on the cards.
For example...

This one has 5-5-5-15

The lower the timing, the better.

CAS Latency Is the number of clock pulses that occur between the command given to the SDRAM to output data (Read command) until the data is valid on the data outputs for the PC to use
