EDIT- Here is the pic. You have a LGA 775 socket. I believe the i7s use 1377 or something like that. Let me look.

This is a good start, it is the tripple channel mobos, which you need for that RAM, and that support your CPU. Just make sure what you get has at least one PCI express slot, although I would recommend 2 maybe 3.

Thas a no kidding motherboard. Iv been running an ASUS P7P55D-E Pro LGA 1156 Intel P55 for awhile now. Good board, but this makes me want to upgrade!
