So i had a regular store bought Desktop, Hp model p6754y proc-amd athlon IIx4 640 processor 3.00 ghz, ram 4 GB, 64 bit. I bought a new Graphics card so i can play my mmorpgs and upgraded the power supply to support the graphics card.( Radeon 6700 hd series with a 900 watt power supply). So my games started running great and smooth, but my videos that i stream from youtube or movies i try watching got really laggy and choppy, some dont even play at all. Could this issue be not enough ram or what else can it be?? Please Help.

yeah i dont remember the brand of power supply. could it be the connection it worked fine right before i installed all that stuff and everything else works great.

YouTube videos buffers when your internet connection is not stable. Check on the connection and wait till the video finished buffering so you can watch continuously. :)

It's almost for sure not your PSU. Most likely your GPU. Have you installed the latest drivers from amd.com?

I did download all the latest drivers when i first installed it and it was doing it right away. I can check to see if there are any new ones and install them. ill let you know after i do it.

Have you tried updating the Adobe Flash player? If games are running fine, it's most likely not a driver issue :) Also check to see if you have a bunch of crapware addons installed in your browser, those can cause those symptoms as well.
Firefox calls them 'Addons' and Chrome calls them 'extensions' if I remember correctly (at work, forced to use IE 10, can't install stuff :D)
