.. What are these called, as I'd quite like to have one:

.. Also, what exactly are those black cable sleeves called? Just 'Cable Sleeves' ? I'd quite like to get them to sort out my wiring once and for all.

I don't know about the top picture but the bottom one, those things are called cable sleeves, they're a pain in the ass to fit though, you have to take off the molex connector at the end... Or you could get ones that stretch, but they won't be as tight and may not look as good, they'll do the job though
