Need some pc build ideas

Hey guys, so my parents emachine crashed and all the info on xp was lost, because of some corrupt thing, i forgot what ti was but anyway, i installed ubuntu on there computer and it has a 3000+ with 512mb of ram, its rund pretty darn good, not as good as a dual core would but for an old pc, its good, before in xp it would boot up ie7 in about 3 minutes, now it boots ff in about 10 seconds. so they are happy with the speed in all, but being so farirmilar with windows, i think they will be wanting a new computer(i only have a vista cd/ubuntu, no xp) So i am asking you guys if you could make a build for me, il post the uses below.


Uses: email/word processing/photo management/ and watching youtube videos.
Budget: 350$

As you can see, no power house computer is required, i was lookin at the lower am3 duals i forgot the name but, i think that would be good.

Small HDD, i only need 120 MAX Maybe 80GIG..

Does this include OS because if so it's impossible
 
Srry i wasnt clear enough, i have the vista cd, some ima use that for this build. No OS. Just hardware.

But I personally would go for a better 785G chipset mobo with 4GB RAM instead.
And for case, get one of those free shipping. May be a Cooler master Elite 335/ 331

785G mobo could come with DDR2

785G with SB710, it they upgrade to phenom II x2 / x3 in future, they would have a chance to unlock the disable core. Also, that 785G mobo have 4 slot of DDR2 RAM, he could get another 2 sticks if he want in future.

Well I doubt his parents are going to be upgrading the computer. They will probably do like most people with out computer knowledge do a buy a new one.
 
Woot, thx fatback, the build looks good, yah my parents dont care what the case looks like, all they want is a working computer that is fast.(for them)

Ill see what my dad says about this.
