Need some quick help

I'm new to this forum, so this may in the wrong section.

This is only my third build so I'm still learning.
Basically what i want is a second opinion on the parts i have selected. Feel free to criticize, better to get flamed here than have a serious error. Also this is on a budget so please don't refer me to any really expensive parts.

Everything looks good except I would get this case instead:

And the 8800GTS 320MB is a rather old and not worth card to get these times. You could get this:

Either would destroy the 8800GTS 320MB

BTW: what CPU do you have?
