need some split-screen games for PC!

Can you name some good split-screen games which I can play with my buddies when they are at my house! racing or shooting games!

i can't think of any racing or shooter games for pc that are split screen. the best bet would be a few sports games from EA and it'll be on a single display.
 
microsoft flight simulator and other flight simulators allow you to cutomize multiple screens. You can set them up like front and side windows, or have window and control panel, or even front view and external view. Other than that, I don't know of any multiple momicrosoft flight simulator and other flight simulators allow you to cutomize multiple screens. Not a racing or shooting game but Gish was a lot of fun to play. It's split-screen when you play against someone else. A friend of mine had TOCA Race Driver 3 which allowed quite a few of us to play on the same machine at the same time. Can't remember if it only supported up to two or if it was even four players. I've played Halo with another friend on the same XBOX. There are probably a whole bunch of games available with this feature, mostly for consoles, though.

The original poster was referring to games which allow you to play with your buddy on the same console/PC against each other in a game and just have the screen split into two smaller sections, not multiple monitors.

Mortal Kombat can be played split screen. Split screen gaming isn't really something that PC's do really..
