Ok, I need to upgrade my graphics card. You can see my rig in my sig. What do you guys think I should get? I am also upgrading my ram to 2 gigs. I want something in the mid-range price, I don't need the most insane graphics card(s) out there, but I would like something that would be a considerable upgrade, and obviously something that my system can handle, (I hope my computer is still up to date enough for a considerable upgrade). Would it be better to go with one GTX, or SLI? I haven't really been keeping up with pc tech since I bought my computer, so I could really use some help. Oh, and also is my processor OK for some of the latest games, or should I think about upgrading that too? Thanks guys.

BTW, I cant believe there is a 24,500 3dmark score now. When I built my computer not even that long ago, like a year, the top was like 13-15,000. Crazy stuff.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of sli. As of now, the marginal performance upgrade isn't worth double the cost. Heres what I suggest: if you want to stay reasonably cheap and don't plan on gaming at very high resolutions, go with the 320 mb 8800gts for just under or around $300. If you plan to game at high rezzes and/or want the best card for now, go with either the 640 8800gts or the 8800gtx. This will run you around I think $450 (gts?) or like $575. Right now, since you're running two 7900s, this will be the only way you qill see significant changes. The looks on the gtx are just sick, and will run high resolutions at good framerates with high settings. I don't know much about the antec psu, but be sure it give adequate power on the 12v rails as well. Hope this helps.

^^ another good question. Like I said, in order to see better performance, you'll have to shell at at least three hundo. Honestly I'd stick with what yo have for now and wait for the next gen cards to come out. That way the 8800s will go down and you always have the option of getting and even better card for about what you'd pay now for one.

Hehe if I had your current configuration, I would be happy. BUt if you were to do anything, buy an 8800 GTX or GTS, everything else is ship shape. Even though your build is AMD :P

Yeah, i think I have decided to keep my current configuration. I think it is the ram that is killing me. BTW, I can't find that ram anywhere, anyone know where I might be able to find it, or another gig of ram that would work well with it?
