Need specs for a gaming computer

[rts_conrad]

I'm building yet another computer and this time it's for my friend. He doesn't have a lot of money on his hands around $730 so nothing too serious. He needs everything i.e. the keyboard, mouse & monitor and those things.
Thanks in advance,

Then again, you live in China. Newegg doesn't ship to China (unless your friend lives in the US)
