My computer is a fast computer. ATI Radeon 9k, 2gig (32 bit process ><) AMD Athlon, and 512 of DDR. It runs fast and i love it. But lately, it has times where it is lagging. I tried defragging and that worked alot. But it still has that 1 in every 100 times lag. I think there is spyware, but i want to know if there are any free spyware programs that wont in fact be giving me more spyware than it will take away. Anyone know of some?

Status: I used ADaware SE and i found 100 or so critical problems, mainly "messa" or something like that with a TAC rating of 5. Well anyway, i am using Spybot - S&D right now, i will edit the results... And thank you again

Ummm... a problem... i deleted all and now i cant go on internet on that comp... PLEASE HELP ME FIX OR BRO WILL GET PIST!!!!

Spybot and Adaware are not designed to delete things that would cause you no to be on the internet. Try running defrag disk cleanup and then doing a checkdsk/r in the recovery console after booting to the cd and see if that helps. Also dont post 3 threads with the same things it tends to make people mad and you will get less help this way!
