Need suggestion for a good monitor

My sister has a Macbook Pro and she is into Photography too. She has been asking me to get her a good monitor that is quite comparable to the Apple Cinema Display. Obviously, we don't want to spend $800 just for a monitor.

Can you suggest a good 24" LCD monitor that is comparable to the Apple Cinema Display for a lesser price, maybe around $200-400 would be great.
