Building a new box need to know if all this is compatible and good stuff for a mostly gaming comp.

i did my best to match up slot types and what not i knwo i need cables for the HD but do i need software since it comes with none. What kind of round cables would be good for it how many fans should i buy. basically all i wanna know is all this good technologically and compatible together, and will something hold the whole system down.

Everything will be compatible but just as a suggestion, i would go with a socket 939 mobo and chip because it's much more upgradeable if you ever decided to go to an Athlon 64 FX or somthing. Just a thought. Thats what I did.

oh yea and if you can afford it go with a 10000 rpm drive and the sata cables will come with the mobo
