need suggestions for video card

I am looking to replace my actual video card. At the moment I have a ATI Radeon HD 5770. Looks like the games I am playing now (COD Ghost) demand more from GPU and mine seems not to be enough.

Just in case it matters:

CPU : AMD Phenom II quad core
MB: Asus m4 (chip set 785)
and i have 8 gigs or RAM.

I am planning to buy a new PC next year, so any card that would not be an "overkill". I was looking at 6000 serie card from AMD (just because they sale for less then NVidia).

One last thing, will I need to change power supply as well?

So any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
 
Power supply is a Cooler Master, RS-600-PCAR-E3.

One more question, with a bigger graphic card, will I need liquid cooling and how much would that cost (and suggest models if possible)?

I am asking because my pc is a little on the loud side and I was thinking that maybe a liquid cooling would help keep it all coller and quieter.
