looking to get a video card, for mid to high end gaming. games would be titles such as COD (all of em)..BF3, crisis 3 and grid 2...currently my budget is around $150-$175. I have a chance to get a gtx 570 for $150. but I can also get 2 x HD6770 1 gig cards for $170 (both) and run them in crossfire. and then I seen a HD 7850 2 gig for around $160 (power color)..never heard of the brand. the 6770's are xfx, and the 570 is evga. was wondering what you all thought of these oprions, or if anyone else has any other ideas. it will be ran with a amd 640 Athlon II x 4 cpu 3Ghz.

A GTX 570 is slightly faster then a HD 7850. I would go with the HD 7850. Uses alot less power.

Unless you have any intention of crossfire, which in that case I would go the 570.
Does it have to be new? I would actually go with a gtx 660, they can be had for around $170 or so and they are stronger than a 570 and use a lot less power.
