Need super cooling for my notebook

So my CQ-40 ( AMD based ) gets heated up really quickly specially when I am playing games on AC power. I havent checked the exact temperate but lets just say its 20% less of boiling water and so much heat triggers the clock lowering for my processor and gpu so games start to lag as well. I try to leave all the vents open but thats not helping out, I need a super cooling system for my laptop such as power by an air condition or something.. need suggestions?

A laptop cooler, but not the regular ones with just a fan. Something more advanced, its an AMD notebook.. I can cook a turkey over it.

I've noticed a lot of fairly recent AMD laptops seem to have heat problems. However, I don't think you'll find much else besides a fan-based cooler. Though I guess if you're desperate enough, you could do some heavy modding to the laptop... Larger/more powerful fan, maybe rig it so more air can flow through (like have holes in the top of the case so it goes straight through). But of course, most of this would really hinder it's portability.

I guess it also depends what's getting hot; if it's just the CPU, or if there's a dedicated GPU and such.
