I'm buying a GF6600GT, do I have to buy a new PSU? The one I have now is 200W (5 years old). I think I need a new one.

it is probably a good idea. Have a look at the side of the psu and see what the amps are on the +12v rail

I just bought two sticks of 256Mb 400MHz RAM today. I checked out on a "Power Wattage Calculator For AMD Systems" how much my comp. is using the PSU. When I checked everything I would have Including the 3 sticks of RAM, I would be using 198W. My PSU is 200W. Can I safely put in the third stick? Cause now I have the original and one of the new ones plugged.

No, once you get up to the maxium your PSU can deliver, trouble may come about because you would be running at maximum all the time with no headroom and maximum stress and perhaps unstable computer operation, or no operation. A new power supply is definately needed.

Check out the PSU 101 thread. If you scroll towards the middle, there will be a few lists of nice power supplies for your gaming needs. Click on their names to go to that vendor's website.

I would suggest a PSU with a good 12 volt rail and 450 to 500 or a little more so that you have plenty of PSU capacity and headroom.

Yes absolutely for sure get a new PSU ... not so much emphasis on the wattage but rather the rating on the 12V rail (all explained in 101 guide) ... a PSu with a good 12V raill have a good wattage rating too
