need to know how to access bios on tagar system comp

hello, im formatting a friends computer but i need to change something in bios but im not sure how to access it on this computer, its a tagar system if anyone knows it would be a great help if u posted the command back thanks :cool:
 
So the maximum amount of times you would have to restart it before getting it would be...ehhmm... 14 times!! :P
 
i have the ame problem, put a new mbo and cpu in my buddys pc and all i see is a damn tagr systems logo that dosnt go away, i tryd pushin every button on the keyboard, somebody plz help me!
