need to recover deleted file folder from recycle bin

greetings all,

i am new to this forum so, if i screw the protocol up, tell me what i did wrong and i will correct it.

i have a problem in that, i had a file folder that contained a lot of files, etc,, i burned it to a cdrw and by accident, i wiped it clean.

i accidentally deleted the folder to the recycle bin and then, deleted from there.

i have seen some software that can recover deleted files but, damn, they are a bit confusing!..is there an efficient software (and i don't care where i get it from or any other "anomilies" that are associated with it...grin) that i can download that are simple to use and will be in plain english as to recovering files from the recycle bin and restore to a folder on the same drive? is there one that will recover a deleted folder by it's "date of deletion"?

i know that is a bit risky but, those are my only choices. please advise and thanks again! (win xphome, 512 ram, 160gb 7200rpm hd).

for recovering files from recycle bin
all you have to do is Right click on File or Folder and click on Restore
and it will be restored to it's original place

and i dont think thats your problem
if you wanna recover stuff it's strongly recommended that you dont recover it on the same drive so you dont overwrite data and lose chance to recover the rest of the stuff
