Need to reinstall windows

If I reinstall windows am I able to save my microsoft outllok mail folders. I have reinstalled windows before on different computer and lost all my saved mail.

I used a different one, which is no longer free. This one is free, and should work fine.

you will lose evrything but you could save all the stuff you want on a memory stick if you have 1

Are you talking about Outlook or Outlook Express. Two very different programs. If Outlook, search for your .pst file. When you find it copy it to CD or another HD. If you are referring to Outlook Express, Google for an Outlook Express backup program. There are several available.
