Need to replace cpu and gpu

I have a AMD-A20-5800k APU processor. This is a cpu and gpu in one. I need to upgrade so to do that would I need to just remove this processor and add a new gpu/cpu? Thanks for all help

What motherboard do you have? There is no a20 its an a10. However, its an fm2 cpu and might need a new motherboard to support a different processor.

20 was a typo my bad. and FM2+ Socket, AMD A68H Chipset, 4 SATA 3, 4 USB 2.0/1.1

Unfortunately, there are no fm2+ cpu's made anymore. Without knowing exact model of motherboard you have, we can't even suggest something on ebay to upgrade to. It's basically time to upgrade to ryzen second gen if you want integrated video.
