Need Urgent Help! Please :)

Hello dear forum people :)

I have my friend over and we decided to upgrade his PC. Since i had done it to my own with no problems we thought it would be fine. But now the computer restarts by itself after 1 or 2 seconds. And continues to do so until we kill the power.

If there is anyone that can gives us a helping hand, then please! We just need some advice on what to do.

He bought a new case, CPU cooler, power supply and RAM. After we installed it all in the new case, what we mentioned above keeps happening. Please help !
 
Is the CPU installed right? Otherwise start putting the old parts back in it one by one untill it works again, Process of elimination...
 
Did you put the brass standoffs in the correct places before attaching the motherboard? Also, what power supply are you using?
