Need urgent help

Can you boot into anything? If not, use a Linux LiveCD if you have one and edit the boot.ini from there

How is this done? Because I can boot to my windows disk and get into command prompt, so if there's a way to edit the boot.ini in there, I can do that.

I found this (it was a video, but it was silent, so it is no more effective than a picture)
He is using a Windows XP recovery console, but the Windows 7 console should work
Just as a disclaimer, I don't know this will work for sure. You can try it, though.

Very nice find. I tried searching for the problem but they were all asking how to get back partitions that were supposed to be there. I'll try this when I get home and report back with the results.

Did not work, when I open command prompt, it says:

X:/Sources>

I can type c: just fine but then when I type windows, it says it doesn't recognize the path.

Fixed. Had to do Bootrec.exe /Rebuildbcd. Then bootmgr was missing, so a simple system repair fixed that. Well, that was... "fun."
