so I'm trying to make a desktop computer that has a 1920 x 1080 resolution 15.6" Full HD display and can run all the best games and record games at 1080p and is good with editing and rendering videos

Why would you build a desktop and then use a laptop-sized display that is only 15.6"?

but that what I'm looking for and my budget is 500$to 700$. I just don't no where to start at
