Needing a motherboard

I am looking for a motherboard with SLI capabilities, Core 2 Duo, 4 slots DDR2, and the big one is 2 ide (up to 4 devices) I still have 2 ide hard drives and I am not currently planning on replacing them. Also, it needs to be a good overclocker that is as cheap as possible. I am going to get a Core 2 Duo e6600 (2.4ghz) and would like to oc that to at least 3ghz. Thanks!

Yea the board is out of my range. But I like that addon card. So now any mobos without the IDE restriction that are great for overclocking?
 
I don't really overclock, so I don't know too much about what boards overclock well with the C2D. However, I do hear a good bit about the Gigabyte 965P-DS3 as well as hearing Gigabyte boards are pretty good at overclocking in general...
 
Mate, SLI only shares the load between the two cards... Overclocking wise, Your better to get Quite a good PCI-E Video Card instead of a top-notch CPU
