Needing new monitor.

So, I just built a computer and am in need of a new monitor to go with it. This is what I am thinking about specs:

19"
Black
250cd/m2 or better
16ms or better
1280x1024
700:1 or better (I'm not sure about this)
Around $300 with shipping (no more than $330 I guess)

What are you using your computer for? if your a serious gamer or watch alot of movies on your computer, i would try and get a 8ms monitor (12ms highest).

i dont play games often enough to see the difference, i just want a decent overall monitor.

The huindai L90D+ is suposed to be good, if you can stretch your budget by about $30.

read the reviews, about every 1 in 3 people has problems with vertical lines running around the screen

the only real difference is that the first one is 8ms instead of 16ms and is $80 cheaper. i think i will get cheaper one, just because i think $80 is a lot just to upgrade that little. what do you guys think?
