I am building myself a new computer, and I'm finding out which parts to buy...

Just saw these two:

The second one is an "ultra" one, with around $60 difference...

Can anyone explain what the "ultra" does, and whether it improves gaming...

The Ultra has support for 4 more SATA HDDs, a second ethernet port and IEEE1394 onboard. Everything else is the same.
