Nero 6 and burning DVD's

hey, i have downloaded some video files, i have nero 6, it allows me to burn DVD's but only as certain DVD formats, is there any way to get around this or even change the video file to one of the compatible files???

So do you mean that you want to just put video files on a DVD, or do you want to be able to play it in a home player?

If you use, Make Your Own DVD Video, it shoud play on a DVD player!

You can convert them using tmpgenc, then you will need to author them. Then finally, burn with Nero. Or even easier, one of the nero packages comes with nero express, which will do all this for you.

You have to have Vision Express installed off the cd

i have installed nero vision express and got it working now thanks for the help anyway
