Nero 7: Need help on reducing the size of a video files that ont fit on VCD

i must decrease the size to fit on the disc. I would appreciate some help.

are you sure its nero 7? whendid it come out..i thought we were still on 6...Anyways you an try nd ope it in some video ditor and make the resalutions smaller or lower wuility, or burn it on to a DVD if you have one.
 
No dvd available, nero does say try making resoloution smaller etc... but i cant find where or how do do it. Yeh dude nero 7 premium.
