saw that but can't see most of the pictures as you need a login for that.
i actually had a working nes pc system, but the motherboard was too high and fitting a dvd drive was going to be difficult. so i decided to cut out the raised T section to make it fit better. it adds an extra cm of space but weakens the structure of the box, so be careful if you go this route.

i'm using the pico 150W, but the external brick only pushes like 102W or so.
i recommend the zotac boards, the new version added an extra sata port and hopefully fixed the wake on usb. just don't get a intel gpu, they sux.
also, that example is not really a good one. if you think about it, it's much easier to design a box around whatever you plan to put inside it. but fitting in a fully capable pc inside a case that was not designed for it is a different animal.

question though, why does he have pipes in his computer?
he's using water cooling. instead of using fans to dissipate heat, he uses a radiator like in a car.
