I've decided to go ahead and buy a netbook and the end of this month when i get my pay check :D
Ive looked at the Samsung S10
which looks to be the best netbook, has anyone had any experience with it?

I've had a thought, i'd be taking the netbook to school with me, and i was wondering could i get the netbook to wirelessly transfer all the stuff on there on my desktop PC at home? So it back-ups all the work i save automatically?

if your at school, i doubt you'll have a wireless connection on that thing. at my school they have some security that i have yet to be able to crack. other then that, i like the Samsung above the others too, its a great netbook.

As far as transfering files, you could always use a usb drive or external HDD. If you have a wireless card for your desktop you could always transfer files that way.

If you have a network set up you'll be able to access your shared files on your desktop through wireless. I've done this a bunch with my EEE.

That's a nice looking netbook, though it looks a bit pricey for my taste. If you don't mind spending that go for it. If you want to save some money check out the EEE 900HA and see if that will suite your needs.

Cheers for the ideas, yes i can use the schools wireless i know their passwords, some advantages of sucking up in IT Class ;)
I've looked at the 900, but if i was gonna get an EEE, id probs go for the 1000H :)
