Let's say a person wished to play Civilization 4 On a Netbook without buying an External CD drive (Defeats the whole Netbook thing). Now, one of the requirements for that game is a 4X CD drive. Let's say that a person who wanted to play this made a .ISO file out of the CD and proceeded to mount it with Virtual Clone Drive. Do you think that would run the game?

Absolutely. Well, on a netbook? I don't know much about portable comps but as long as it runs the OS you would normally play it on, it should be good to go. I do hope that's a copy of the CD and not something you got online
