What does it come from? Does it get louder as time progresses?

Usually power whines come from the power adapter, not the laptop itself. Though it is possible. Like others said, if it bugs you so much exchange it.

NO, You don't understand. The sound comes from the laptop ONLY when it is running off the battery, when it is plugged in, it does not occur.

I just want to know why it does this.
Because transistors produce coil noise. That happens on all electronics.
