Netbook Windows 7 Starter... Desktop image?

Well i got a new asus netbook. I love it a lot, its really fast and works well. But i cant understand why there is no option to change the desktop background. Its so dumb! So I was wondering is there any way I can get a desktop background to display on my desktop in windows 7 starter?

right click on a picture and click "set as desktop background"? It works in 7 Basic at least.
