Netdetect Failed

When I try to turn my computer on it goes to the DELL screen then "netdetect failed" flashes really quick in the upper left hand corner....then reboots itself. If I kept it on it would keep on going and going.

HELP PLEASE
 
HAHAHHA, thats sucks the big one.

Well if it doesnt let you go into safe mode then try goin into BIOS Config before it pops up again. Once your in the BIOS put CD-ROM as the first on the bootup sequence. This is when you can start savoring the moment cuase you gonna have to reformat anyways. If it dont even let you go into bios config, pop in a windows CD and hope it reads off it and you can reformat. If it doesnt even allow itself to read off the cd, then you need to get software that Zeros out the hard drive, that bootup cd sould be able to go around this problem and read off the cd.
