netstat showing suspicious connection

I like to go into Command Prompt and enter "netstat" to see what's goin' on every now and then, and when I did it a few minutes ago there was a connection on the list called:

TCP 10.0.0.0.3:58956 lasvegas-nv-datacenter:http TIME_WAIT

Does anybody here know what this connection is supposed to be?

Well, the 10.0.0.0.3 is your internal IP address and 58956 is the port, but as far as why the data center shows up? Who knows. Could be a program on your pc contacting home or trying to get in.

Alright, I know SOME THINGS about computers. I really didn't understand your explanation. Can you put it in terms a 'dumber' person like me could understand?

Exactly what I said. There could be a program installed on your computer that could be calling home or something trying to get into your system. Have you ran any malware scans lately?

It also states you initiated a random high-range port towards a destination HTTP port, which is really just normal web browsing behavior..

It is probably Steam because I download a lot of games and update patches.

I have OCD when it comes to things like malware scans. I normally run a scan at least twice daily.
