I installed netsupport to my pc to controlled others pc. Do I need to install this software to other pc (clients) to reach them? I able to access other pc, but can't control it, as just like using vnc. Please guide me use this software..
does this work like remote desktop, if so you need to enable remote desktop to "allow users to connect remotely to this computer", or if that doesn't work then probably your software must have a client version to install
