I just recently got a one year old computer from my friend! but I need to get wireless adapter thing for wireless internet since I can't fit my computer upstairs anymore and I want to put this computer in my room! It is a desktop computer and what wireless adapter thing could I get with around 70CAD and it must be from NCIX since I get discounts there!

and will this work for the desktop computer because my friend said it only works for a laptop!

It works for me, but my living room is not very far away, and there are no doors or walls in the way, but I get 100% signal.

Yes there are USB ones, but I wouldn't think they would work as well. Idk

The PCI card, you turn your pc off, insert the card into an empty PCI slot,
turn the computer on and install the software.

is the buffalo one as strong as the pci one? and y is it so cheap and small I feel like getting that buffalo one what do u suggest im one floor away from the router

Like I said, I wouldn't think the USB model would work as well, but idk.

I only know the PCI version works for me. May not work as well through
the floor, idk that either.
