Here is my current network set-up: Router (downstairs); PC with Wireless (Upstairs); Xbox with Ethernet cable attachment to the PC (upstairs).
As you can probably tell, I'm trying to make a network bridge from the pc to the Xbox so the Xbox will have internet access. I'm running Windows 7 (32-bit) and have bridged both the connections in the network properties and the bridge is successfully made; however, Once I have made the bridge, the PC's wireless loses it's internet connection so I can't connect to the internet on the PC. When I had Windows XP, I did not have this problem.
To summarise, why is my Pc's wireless losing it's connection when I make a network bridge via Ethernet from the PC to the Xbox.
Thanks, Glenn.
