Network card driver, help needed

Hi, I am from Croatia so I excuse on my english.

I found that i dont have driver for internet or what so ever on my pc. I tried to find but I didn't know what to do next.

My motherboard is M2N4-SLi.

Please if you can find me a link for driver and instructions.

all you have to do is select your OS. Then install the drivers as need after you downloaded them.
