Network drop

We have users on our network who are sporadically dropped from our domain, and they are asked to use their log on credentials to be added back to the domain. Has anyone ever heard of something like this?

Well thats kind of the thing. It is not limited to specific buildings or computers, OS or users. It's totally random. One day a few users will have problems... the next day they will be totally fine and it will be someone completely different.

I am thinking it is a Scope and DHCP Problem. I am not 100% sure. Butttttt that is one thing that could cause it. If the DHCP reserve time or something like that is small it would try to renew and the scope can't handle that many IPs and some computers that day can't have and IP and others can. I could just be blowing smoke.
