network installation needed

i just builded up my pc, but im missing the network installation, which program do i need, and where can i get it from. i have windows xp home edition.

i mean, whatever its necessary for me to get my network connection back, its a new computer, so it has no source of network software or folder.

im guessing it is somethin like we all have in a regular computer, neighbor network or somethin like that
