Hi all.
Ok heres the background, We have a broadband network set up at my place, router going into a switch. Now we have had this suppling two computers (one XP pro, one Vista64) for ages now. Recently we got another flatmate that when things went weird.
His computer (Vista64) was put on the network and we've had problems ever since, as you all know Vista setups itself up automatically so we havnt changed anything, but now the internet stops working suddently at least twice a night and when we reset the modem it may or may not fix it. And also we can be on the internet like talking on msn/downloading off P2P etc but then suddently our browser wont connect etc (comes up with the usual "connot connect error")
Any ideas on what the problem is? Is this anything to do with two Vista machines?
Thanks
