Network Location??

Hi guys, just setup my windows 8 laptop and browsed around in my computer and noticed 2 network locations, the name of them seems to be the usernames that are on my wifes laptop.

I'm wondering what they are they for and how I could remove them?

Not really familiar with it or what I could use it for.
