For some reason windows wont let my network card receieve any packets it will send alittle but it wont receive them all where i can connect to anything but when i boot up into linux it works fine.. it just stoped out of no where

What kind of network card do you have? And, if your network is secured, make sure you have the wep or wpa code entered correctly.

i got a broadcom network card... i got a linsys network card i put it in and it wont let me use it as my main network card...

well if you don't need to use your broadcom card then click start and right click my computer and go to properties. From there click on the Hardware tabs , and click device Manager. Expand network adapters and right click the broadcom one and click disable. IF that doesnt work you might just try going into the control panel and going to network connections, then see if it says wireless connection 2, then right click it and choose view available wireless networks and go from there
hope this helps

woah sorry about that i must of misread. I'm not to familiar with using to wired network cards, but you could try going to control panel and opening network connections then if you see a local area connection, right click it and go to properties and you should see a connect using: area you might be able to choose with card to use, maybe?
